FEES and CHARGES

Private Sales
• Sales up to $5,000: Minimum fee = $500.00 plus GST
• Sales up to and including $100,000: Commission rate = 8%  plus GST
• Sales over $100,000: Commission rate = 8% plus GST up to $100,000 and 6% plus GST thereafter for the remaining balance.

Auctions
• 5% plus GST (a share in the cost of attendance may be applicable).

These rates are our standard fees however a different rate may be negotiated depending on the circumstances or conditions of the sale or purchase.

Our services include pedigree analysis, race form research, inspections, price negotiations, vetting, insurance and taking care of all the paperwork.
